Can I use MITHQAL for my real gold shop today?
Not yet. The hosted website is an interactive demonstration with browser-local records. Do not enter real business or customer data until secure multi-shop cloud accounts have been launched and independently tested.
Do invoices automatically deduct the gold sold?
Yes, in the customer trial. A completed sales invoice updates the recorded stock, and the demo blocks sales above available quantity. Cancelling a sale restores its stock with a recorded reversal.
Is the global gold price real?
The platform requests a sourced XAU/USD spot quote. If the feed is unavailable or outdated, we show that status rather than inventing a price. Theoretical gold value is separate from shop retail prices and accounting profit.
Are there real AI forecasts and subscription payments?
No. The current demo includes deterministic analysis and financial scenarios; a connected generative-AI service and actual billing require additional engineering, verification and controls.
Can I switch between English and Arabic?
Yes. The current customer trial is bilingual, including inventory, sales, invoices and reports. The invoice language can be chosen independently from the dashboard language.
Can I use MITHQAL on my iPhone or Android phone?
The interactive website works in mobile browsers and can be added to your Home Screen. Native apps have not yet been submitted to the App Store or Google Play.
