Privacy notice for the demo

1. What this website is

MITHQAL is currently an interactive software demonstration for gold businesses, not an operational cloud accounting service. Please use fictional shop, employee, customer and supplier details only.

2. Where demo records are stored

Gold inventory, sales, invoices, shop names and uploaded shop logos are saved in your current browser's local storage. They are not synced to other devices and do not have secure multi-user authentication. Clearing browser data, using another browser or losing the device may erase these records. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to see them.

3. Market data requests

When you open market-related screens, the website requests gold-reference quotes and exchange-rate information from the MITHQAL-hosted API endpoints, which in turn request third-party public data feeds. These feeds may be delayed, inaccurate or temporarily unavailable. The application does not intentionally send your local inventory records to the pricing feed.

4. Website hosting

Our hosting provider may process standard server logs, such as requested URL, browser details and IP address, for delivering the website, abuse prevention and operational diagnostics. We do not offer cloud storage for your demo business records.

5. Sharing by WhatsApp

If you choose to share invoice details, the demo prepares a WhatsApp link. Sending that message is your own action and is subject to WhatsApp's policies. Do not use real customer phone numbers in the trial.

6. Your controls

The demo includes options to export or reset local test records. Your browser settings can also clear local website storage. Removing data from your browser does not delete logs already processed by the hosting provider.

7. What is not enabled

The demo does not offer production customer accounts, card payments, cloud synchronization, real AI model access, or verified tax-compliant invoicing. These capabilities require further development and separate notices before launch.

8. Changes

This notice applies to the interactive demonstration as of 28 October 2026 and may be updated when new services become available.
